Office Depot Coupons - External Harddrive Storage - $15 Off

By Isreal Lawrence on Sep 14th, 2009

Last week was pivotal point for me. I had finally come to that crossroads in my life where I had to do something about the harddrive on my laptop which was filled to capacity. These files were primarily music and video (that which I hold closest to my heart). I tried burning large portions of the library to disc but found that would take way too long for my tastes. No what I needed was an external harddrive. This task has been knawing at my conscious for a long time, but for some unearthly reason I keep procrastinating. Well the situation was dire now, so the bull would know be taken by the proverbial horns.

harddrive.jpgI checked out Office Depot for online tech reviews and this was their ‘editors choice’: the Transcend StoreJet 25F

While other external hard drives offer built-in backup software, automatic data encryption, or rugged casing protection, the Transcend StoreJet 25F not only promises, but delivers, the fastest data transfers at the lowest price. Transcend’s StoreJet 25 mobile is compact and portable, with measurements of only 134 mm by 80.8 mm by 18.8 mm. Weighing in at just 206g, the StoreJet 25 mobile is easy for users to conveniently carry around.Transcend’s StoreJet 25 mobile features advanced dual stage anti-shock technology and meets strict U.S.military drop-test standards to help protect your data against accidental bumps or falls. The capacity is 320GB and the price is $91.95.

It doesn’t end there however, with Office Depot coupons offering $15 off any order over $75 that sounds like this will run (if I’m doing my math correctly) a smooth $76.95!

Find Your Perfect Office Chair at Office Depot - Free Coupon Codes

By Isreal Lawrence on Aug 6th, 2009

The average American spends 7.6 hours a day working—if you are doing this at a desk, shouldn’t you at least have a comfortable chair? All that time hunched over or slouched in front of a computer screen is bad for your back, your brain, your muscles, and—as a result—your productivity. So whether you are the decision-maker, can convince your boss to buy you a chair, or just have a home office having a decent chair is not so much a luxury as it is an necessity. Consider that a good office chair is much like an efficient office assistant. A good office chair and efficient office assistant both offer such good support throughout the day that you don’t even notice them. A comfortable office chair makes it easy for you to do your own job, and go from task to task without it getting in your way.

When I have to shop for items in the “office product” realm, Office Depot is usually the first place that I look. The aisles of electronics, computer supplies, paper products and other wonders fascinate and keep me occupied for hours. Not to mention that there are some very nice Office Depot coupons available right now, as well as clearance sale prices on select items. When shopping for an items as potentially pricey as a new chair, I want to visit a place that has not only a selection, but does enough volume to be able to afford offering me a very good deal.

Christopher Lowell Country High-Back Fabric Chair

I am a fan of this chair primarily because it looks so much better than most office chairs. In fact I think I like it because it really doesn’t look like a modern office chair, but it has all the comfort and functionality one needs in such an item. One touch height height and tilt controls, padded arm and back rests, the works. Easy-to-clean fabric covers the comfortably padded seat and back cushions. The frame is done in cherry and the textured look of the fabric brings a touch of home to any room. $171.99

This item is decidedly more high tech. The Office Star Matrex is designed for intensive use, for people who are going to spend 5-8 hours every day right in that seat. Raise or lower the soft, leather-covered headrest and move it forward or back to find the position that’s perfect for you. Your neck and shoulders will stay relaxed longer, allowing you to accomplish more with less fatigue. The exclusive Matrex mesh fabric allows air to circulate freely to cool your body and leave you feeling refreshed, even after a long day at your desk.  The built-in lumbar support can be quickly moved to the height that’s most comfortable for you, helping to reduce strain and pain in your vulnerable lower back. With synchro tilt, your chair back reclines twice as much as the seat when you lean back, relieving pressure on your legs and dispersing some of your weight to the backrest to help you relax. Adjustable knee tilt allows you to lie back farther than with a conventional tilt chair, for improved circulation in your legs. Adjustable tilt tension lets you decide how much weight will be needed to recline your chair, so the chair responds instantly to your movements. $559
