I must admit that there was a time that I didn’t give a second thought to skin care. I cruised through the summer months and lazy days at the beach without so much as a simple sunscreen application. I was young, indestructible, and besides…weren’t all those creams and lotions just for the ladies?

Times have changed though my friend. I have suffered from from the sunburned aftermath of those lazy days at the beach one too many times.
