The new 2008 Entertainment Book is out, and if you order today you get get Free Shipping. As far as offline coupon books go, the Entertainment Book is the cat’s meow. You can make back the price of the book (my area is $25) with just one or two dining coupons, typically 20% off or 2-for-1 specials. One year (I used to get them as stocking stuffers) we used it as a guide to try out new restaurants. I’m much more inclined to try a new place if I get a discount off the bill. If you aren’t familiar with the Entertainment Book, they have discounts for dining, travel, theme parks, museums, movie tickets and more. |

A new feature I want to run on CM Blog is something like “Product Spotlight”, highlighting some really cool product from across the web. Basically, things I want to buy myself. The first installment is this 1984 Optimus Prime T-shirt ($22) from NerdyShirts.com. I like the little shout-out to 1984, the year that Tranformers changed our lives. It’s retro and Transformers. What could be moreĀ ”now”? |
