Yesterday I had an epiphany, that regardless of the size of your kitchen a “kitchen cart” is a priceless addition to any home. Here’s my reasoning, if you have a small kitchen the additional counter and prep space is not only welcome but sometimes a life saver. Conversely if you have a large kitchen I discovered that being able to push the kitchen cart closer to you or allowing it to trail beside you is far more convenient than spreading out your items and pacing back and forth between chopping boards.
